Why don't you charge hourly?
Hourly billing creates misaligned incentives and budget anxiety. We scope the full project up front, quote a fixed price, and break it into phases so you always know what you're paying for.
What's included in the starting price?
Starting prices cover the scope listed under each tier. Complex integrations, third-party API work, content migrations, and custom software features are quoted during the discovery phase and added to the project total transparently.
How does phased billing work?
We divide every project into 3–6 payment-gated milestones (discovery, design, build, QA, launch, etc.). You approve each phase and pay its invoice before we begin the next. You're never committed to more than one phase at a time.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Every tier includes launch support (30 days for Launch, 60 days for Build). After that, monthly retainers are available for iteration, feature work, and priority response — typically $750–$3,500/mo depending on scope.
Can I see where my project stands in real time?
Yes. Every Build and Scale engagement includes access to The Forge — our client portal — where you can track progress phase-by-phase, approve deliverables, review files, pay invoices, and message the team.
What if I need something in between tiers?
Pricing is a starting point, not a straitjacket. If your project sits between Launch and Build, we scope and quote it at a custom price that reflects the actual work.
